Our Vocational Services program empowers adults with developmental disabilities to build skills, explore job interests, and gain greater independence. Whether earning a paycheck or learning in a supportive setting, participants grow in confidence while preparing for meaningful opportunities.
What We Offer
Individualized Support: Our caring staff help each participant strengthen communication, daily routines, and confidence while working toward personal goals.
Community Connections: Outings and experiences encourage independence and community engagement.
Job Readiness: Training includes resume writing, interview practice, customer service, and money management.
Safe Transportation: Non-medical transportation is available daily, provided by our trained staff.
Paid Opportunities: Work crews and small business ventures allow participants to earn a paycheck while building valuable skills.
Employment Training
Hands-on support for job searching, resume building, and workplace skills.

Cleaning Crew
Gain real-world experience as part of a friendly team servicing local office buildings (day and evening shifts).
Crafting Business
Create and sell unique handcrafted items while learning teamwork and business skills.
